Dan Yaw was a high school teacher and football coach for 25 years, leaving that profession to become a missionary to Romania in 1994. While Dr. Yaw was serving the Lord in Romania, the church called him to be our pastor in January of 2000. He and His wife Elaine have 2 adult children and four grandchildren. Northside Baptist Church believes that missions and evangelism is the heart-beat of God and under Dr. Yaw's leadership the outreach of our church's missions program has grown, impacting people across the street and around the world.
